- All displayed prices are subject to change without prior notice; price adjustments will not affect orders already confirmed and paid in full.
- Sales tax, shipping and handling fees will be displayed at checkout as applicable according to local tax regulations.
- You must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
- If obvious pricing typographical errors occur on our website, we have the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund even after order confirmation.
3. Shipping and Delivery
After order confirmation and payment verification, our standard processing and delivery timeframe for furniture items is 15‑30 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Estimated delivery time is for reference only and not a guaranteed deadline. Delays may be caused by supply‑chain issues, carrier backlogs, extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and damage transfers to you as the customer. We will send tracking updates once available.
- You shall ensure doorways, hallways, stairways and receiving space can accommodate furniture dimensions before delivery. Additional fees or return costs may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access space.
4. Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation by emailing service@lalone‑capital.com with your order number. Cancellation requests will only be honored if submitted before the goods are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available and our return policy will apply instead. We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud suspicion, product out‑of‑stock, or other legitimate reasons, and we will issue full refunds for cancelled orders on our side.
5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If you wish to return furniture after receiving delivery, you must notify us via email within 30 calendar days upon delivery. Returned items must remain unused, unassembled if applicable, kept in original complete packaging with all accessories. Items that are damaged by misuse, improper assembly, normal wear‑and‑tear, stains or pet damage are not eligible for return.
- Custom‑made, personalized and final‑sale furniture items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly by our error.
- After we receive and inspect returned merchandise, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10‑15 business days. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable except for our fulfillment errors.
- For damaged‑upon‑delivery goods, you must contact us within 72 hours after receipt and provide photos of packaging and defective parts for claim assessment.
